HKTVmall聖誕大抽獎2018條款及細則：
 
  1. HKTVmall 聖誕大抽獎2018（「本活動」）由香港電視購物網絡有限公司主辦。
  2. 推廣期由2018年11月30日至12月20日。
  3. 本活動之參加者必須為HKTVmall會員。
  4. 本活動只接受透過www.hktvmall.com 或HKTVmall流動應用程式（iOS及Android）付款之訂單。本活動並不接受於HKTVmall門市現場付款之訂單。
  5. 顧客於推廣期內購買指定HKTVmall貨品滿HK$500或以上 (以單一訂單計算及扣除運費、優惠券折扣及Mall Dollar現金回贈後的金額計算)；即自動參加大抽獎。指定HKTVmall貨品並不包括HKTVmall電子購物禮券及網絡遊戲點數卡。
  6. 另外，如購買指定HKTVmall貨品滿HK$800或以上 (以單一訂單計算及扣除運費、優惠券折扣及Mall Dollar現金回贈後的金額計算)，可享多 1 次抽獎機會 (即如顧客購買指定HKTVmall貨品滿HK$800或以上, 即可享 2次抽獎機會)。每人參加次數不限。
  7. 禮品將隨機抽出並即時顯示於訂單收據內，得獎結果亦會於 2018年 12月27日刊登於星島日報及英文虎報。禮品將隨訂單派發給合資格顧客。
  8. 如於推廣期內累積中獎兩次 (以單一帳戶計)，可得到額外$100 HKTVmall Mall Dollar回贈; 如中獎三次 (以單一帳戶計)，可得到額外$1,000 HKTVmall Mall Dollar回贈。每個帳戶最多獲取$1,000 HKTVmall Mall Dollar回贈。回贈將於抽獎活動結束(12月20日)後的14天內自動回贈到客人帳戶，而到期日為2019年2月28日。
  9. 活動宣傳品上刊登之圖片只供參考。
  10. 獎品不可轉讓、退換或兌換現金。
  11. 如得獎者遺失獎品，本公司將不會補發。
  12. 如因任何無法控制的原因，如技術故障或其他軟體的不相容性問題，致使參加者未能進入HKTVmall網頁或流動應用程式以參加本活動，本公司概不負責。
  13. 如發現參加者以空號、假帳戶或任何方式入侵及/或以修改電腦程式的方式參加此有獎遊戲，本公司有權取消該參加者的參加及/或得獎資格，並由該參加者承擔一切相關責任及後果。
  14. 所有條款及細則的英文本與中文本在文義上出現分歧，概以中文本為準。
  15. 所有條款及細則受有關規定監管。
  16. 如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

HKTVmall Christmas Giveaway 2018 Terms and Conditions:
 
  1. HKTVmall Christmas Giveaway 2018 (the ‘Program’) is brought to you by Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited (“HKTVS”).
  2. The Program runs from 30 Nov, 2018 to 20 Dec, 2018 (the “Promotional Period”).
  3. Only Member of HKTVmall is eligible to participate in the Program and claim the prize.
  4. The Program is only available at www.hktvmall.com & HKTVmall mobile applications (IOS and Android).
  5. The lucky draw is only applicable on single orders with net purchase amount of HK$500 or above on selected HKTVmall products and will participate the lucky draw automatically.Selected HKTVmall products do not include HKTVmall e-voucher and Online Game Vouchers.
  6. Moreover, get an extra lucky draw chance once purchased selected HKTVmall items with net purchase amount of HK$800 or above, i.e. get 2 lucky draw chances when customer purchased selected HKTVmall items with net purchase amount of $800 or above. Number of participation is not limited.
  7. Prizes will be given on random basis and will be shown immediately in the order receipt after purchased. Lucky Draw result will be announced at Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 27 Dec, 2018.
  8. Once won 2 prizes (in a single account) on a cumulative basis during promotional period, will receive extra $100 HKTVmall Mall Dollar rebate; once won 3 prizes (in single account), will receive extra $1,000 HKTVmall Mall Dollar rebate. Each account is eligible to get maximum $1,000 Mall Dollar rebate. Rebate will send to the customer account automatically within 14 days after last order (which won the prize) completed, whlie the end date will be 28 Feb 2019.
  9. Photos of the prizes in promotional materials are for reference only.
  10. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.
  11. If the winner loses the prize, HKTVS will not reissue.
  12. In any unforeseeable circumstances, such as technical failures or incompatibility issues with other software that do not allow eligible participant to participate in the Program, HKTVS assumes no liability nor responsibility.
  13. If a participant is found to use a false name and/or invalid email address or adopt any way to invade and/or modify the computer program or dishonestly to participate in this campaign, HKTVS reserves the sole right to cancel the participants’ entitlement to the prize and to retrieve the prize if it had been given. The participant will bear all related and associated responsibilities, liabilities and consequences.
  14. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of any materials related to the Program and these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
  15. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  16. On all matters concerning the Program and in case of any disputes arising out of them, the decision of HKTVS shall be final and binding.

  4. The coupon code cannot be used to pay delivery fee.
  5. The coupon code is redeemable only when the coupon code is entered during the checkout process of online shopping.
