The following situations will not be subject to exchange arrangements:
1. The goods have been opened or used (for example, the packaging tape or box has been removed).
2. The goods are not well packaged, damaged, damaged or incomplete.
3. Any discounted items, clearance items or sale items that indicate that returns are not accepted.
4. Any free gifts, accessories, trial size gifts.
5. Failure to present the sales list or shopping receipt for goods that have been exchanged once.
We must inspect and verify the returned items before returning or exchanging them.
