French Quiche Recipe
– 2 whole eggs
– 2 egg yolks
– 50 cl milk Lactel milk
– 150g bacon
– 100 g grated cheese
– 100 g flour
– 1 butter nut
– Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (Th. 6).
Put the flour in a bowl and gradually add the 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks.
Add Lactel milk and grated cheese to the mixture.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cut the bacon into strips and add to the preparation.
Brush your dish with butter and pour the preparation.
Bake for 40 minutes in the oven.
Steamed Egg with Shrimps Recipe
Shrimp 5 pcs
Pepper a pinch
Salt a pinch
Egg 100g (2 pcs）
Salt a pinch
Oil a little（1/4 tsp）
Cold milk 150g
01\Defrost the shrimps, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Put them into boiling water for around half a minute, transfer to cold water.
02\Bring some water to a boiling for steaming. Beat cold eggs finely. Add salt and oil, then cold milk, stir and mix slightly.
03\Pass the egg through a fine sieve into the steaming plate. Pat the shrimps dry with kitchen paper, add them in the middle. Cover the plate with cling wrap, put a little bit water outside the edge of the plate for easier wrapping.
04\When water boils, steam the egg for 10-13minutes.
By slightly moving the plate, the egg custard should be
slightly firm. Serve warm.
