first time using:
In order to disinfect and remove dirt on surface, first add appropriate cooking oil (the wok body does not need to be cleaned with water), spread it evenly on the surface of the wok body, heat it over a medium to high heat until the cooking oil slightly smokes, then turn off the heat, and rinse with water after cooling. Ready to use.
Before cooking:
1.Put cooking oil before turning on the fire (eg. peanut oil), wait until the oil emits white smoke (it means the oil temperature reaches about 190 degrees),
2. Adjust to low fire, wait for 10 seconds
3. According to the dishes, it can be fried quickly on high fire, or fried slowly on medium and low fire.
Precautions:
It is recommended to wash thoroughly after each cooking.
