Most of the products in this store are delivered by HKTVmall, and large or high-priced products are delivered by "merchant delivery". Please refer to the following service details:
1. The actual delivery time will be calculated based on the goods selected in your order and the shipping time of the relevant merchants.
2. Our store’s shipping time: Monday to Saturday, the cut-off time is 13:00.
3. Our store accepts returns. For details, please refer to the return arrangements below.

5. Purchase "Merchant Delivered" goods in our store to enjoy free delivery service, but the following remote or restricted areas may require additional shipping charges:

6. For other islands, restricted areas, and remote areas, if there are no surcharges, please check with our store for surcharges and delivery arrangements.
Islands District, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shek Pik, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Tai O, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lau Fau Shan, Mai Po, Tsuen Wan Abattoirs, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok and other designated restricted areas, container terminals, Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok International Airport or within its limits, Disneyland and Disney Hotel, etc., do not provide overseas delivery services for the time being. Delivery locations are only limited Within the "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region".
7. The following areas will only be delivered to office/administrative buildings: Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo.
8. If the goods cannot be contacted to arrange delivery within 4 days after the goods arrive at the logistics company, the goods will be arranged to be transferred to the reception desk of our company’s Kwun Tong office for pickup, and our company will charge a one-time deposit of HK$50 Warehouse fees, and the paid freight will not be refunded.
9. If the designated address requested by the customer does not have an elevator, the logistics company will not arrange the delivery upstairs, and will contact the customer to pick up the goods on the ground. If required to go up/down stairs (from 8 stairs): $100 per item per floor.
10. If the customer provides other work or residence addresses that are not the recipient of the goods, the company will not be responsible for any problems during delivery.
Our store return arrangements:
A return / refund request must be made within seven days of receiving the item.
The following situations will not be subject to exchange processing arrangements:
1. The product has not been properly packaged, has been damaged, damaged or incomplete.
2. Any discounted product, clearance product or sale product that does not accept returns.
3. Any freebies, accessories, trial pack gifts.
4. Failure to present the product sales list or shopping receipt has been exchanged once.
