2. The delivery lead time will be 7-10 days.
3. Customer must provide valid mailing address and contact number for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or customer has failed to show up to receive the reward, American Tourister HK will charge an additional re-delivery cost to the customer.
4. To return/exchange a product due to defectiveness, you must send the request to contact.hk@americantourister.com within 7 days from date of receipt of goods by you. After approval, the product must be returned to us in its original condition (including authentic labels, use instructions, warranty cards and other hang tags) in order to obtain a refund/exchange. We do not accept refund of the brand new product due to a change of mind.
5. (Within 7 days of receiving your purchase product include public holiday) If you wish to return your product for a defect or fault, we will inspect the product and investigate your claims and, if we find that the product is indeed defective or faulty, we arrange exchange for the product or refund, according to the product’s warranty coverage and warranty terms and conditions. If, however, we find that the defect is not a manufacturing defect (including material and workmanship defect), but due to mis-handling or misuse, or the defect or damage is not covered by the warranty or the warranty has expired, your request of returning the product will be rejected and the product will be returned to you. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipment according to the Delivery and Shipping Policy.
6. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
