Exchange and Refund Policy
Generally, we do not accept requests for product exchanges or order cancellations.
If there are any issues with the appearance of the ordered product, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of receiving the goods for inquiries and follow-up. If the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period, you may also take it back to the manufacturer for repair.
Upon receiving the goods (including delivery or pick-up), you must immediately check whether the ordered items are damaged and complete. If you find any damages, please call our customer service department to arrange for a replacement.
If we agree that you have the right to exchange a product, but the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the relevant amount to you.
Before accepting a product exchange, please present the original shopping receipt or the relevant electronic receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of signed-for products due to issues with the product's appearance or missing accessories. If any free gifts are damaged, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
The exchanged product must be returned with its complete packaging, recycling labels (if applicable), accessories, user manuals, and an unfilled warranty card.
The exchanged product must be free from damage, defects, and signs of water exposure.
Products that have been registered for warranty online or have been repaired cannot be exchanged.
The product must be returned along with all free gifts that were included at the time of purchase; otherwise, we will deduct the value of the gift from the refund.
