Description
Melatonin is popular with shift workers, travellers, and others who need help to normalize sleep patterns. It helps increase total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (e.g., shift-work and jet lag). It also helps relieve the daytime fatigue associated with jet lag. Furthermore, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome and to reset the sleep-wake cycle of circadian rhythm.

Other Ingredients
Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, natural peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Remarks:
