Both Mini Keg and coffee spear were manufactured by food grade stainless steel 304, durable and safe. The coffee will remain fresh for a week by storing it in the fridge. It can withstand max. 120psi pressure, with a built-in safety valve to prevent gas overload.

Coffee Preparation (1.5L):
Suggested to use the raite 1:10. Put 150g ground coffee in the container and fill in 1.5L cold water. Stir it well and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. Strain the ground coffee through a fine-mesh sieve.
Usage of Nitro Cold Brew Dispenser:
1. Please clean the mini keg, cap, spear part, faucet and hose with warm water and mild cleanser before use.
2. Pour the cold brew coffee into the keg. Attention that the coffee level should not excess 1.5L to prevent gas leakage through the safety valve and affect the foam effect.
3. Connect the hose and faucet to the spear part and install it to the keg tightly. Use the wrench to adjust and tighten the faucet connection to prevent gas and coffee leakage.
4. Place the 8g N2/N2O charger to the cartridge holder and connect it to the spear part. You will hear the "whistle" sound for nitrogen injection.
5. Shake the keg up and down to mix the coffee and nitrogen gas well. Refrigerate it for 1 hour for better performance.
