1.) 7 Days Exchange Policy for licensed and parallel goods. Guarantee within 7 days of the date of the Invoice. Borwin Digital Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject Customer's request to exchange the Goods under the following conditions: a) Customer requests for exchange of Goods due to the price fluctuations of Goods in the market or personal reasons; b) Goods with defects caused by accident, negligence, misuse, liquid damage,moisture, battery leakage, fire, electrical shock, physical damage as well as misuse.c) Peripherals or accessories of the Goods (e.g. adaptor, batteries, headphone, memory card, gifts or etc.) d) Goods with registered warranty e) Customer fails to provide the original sales memo, intact packaging box h)Borwin Digital Ltd Exchange Policy does not apply to Apple,Dyson & Gopro Products 2)For designated Goods purchased become defective under normal wear and tear within 7 days from the date of purchase. Customer shall be entitled to an exchange for new Goods of the same model. Borwin may, at its absolute discretion, require the Customer to bring the Goods for inspection in Borwin’s designated repair centers before allowing any exchange of Goods. The serial number of the Goods must be same as the sales memo 3)One (1) year shop warranty for parallel imported products with free inspection and labour costs. In the event that replacement part(s) are required to repair the product, Borwin Digital Limited will quote the cost(s) and the customer is required to pay for the cost of replacement part(s) if agreed to proceed with the repair. This warranty does not include Dyson and GoPro products as well as any other waterproof products.4)Borwin Digital Ltd reserves the right of final decisions in any case of disputes.
