To provide better protection for our customers and to address the issue of unauthorized purchases, since 2024, our store has conducted basic testing on all products before shipping. Products are only packaged and shipped after confirming they function properly (except for consumables). Furthermore, CCTV records the packaging process before shipment. Any claims of not receiving/receiving defective goods can be easily investigated. We urge those who intend to cheat and steal others' property not to attempt this.
We do not offer refunds. Our products come with a 7-day limited warranty (excluding designated products and special declarations). If a problem occurs, the customer must bring the product and relevant receipts to our company for repair (excluding damage caused by human error). Customers must ensure the product has not been damaged by human error and retain the complete packaging, accessories, and gifts. Great Wall Electronics only provides limited repair and maintenance. For delivery/return issues, customers should contact HKTVMall directly.
In case of any dispute, Great Wall Electronics reserves the right of final decision.
