Delivery / Return
• Free shipment for order HKD$500 or above, order below HKD$500 will charge HKD$50 for shipment free.
• All the shipments will delivery by SF Express*.
• It normally takes 5 - 7 working days and will delivery to client by YIKATIYI.
• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.
• Shipping time: Monday to Friday.
• In the event of dispute, YIKATIY have the final conclusive decision.
• All products are returnable. Please check below store return policies and FAQ.
Return / Exchange
• Items returned / exchanged must be applied within 7 Days of the item received date.
• Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Please include the following: the original packaging, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories etc.
• If any damaged of above and will be deemed non-returnable.
• Each order only allows return / exchange once.
• Customers should provide tracking number to us when returning parcel both return and exchange.
• For the exchange, please pay attention as below requirements:
• items must be returned within 3 Days of your requesting.
• If about the quality problem, YIKATIY only accept to exchange the same items with same size, also free the shipment frees.
• If not about the quality problem, the tracking frees should be charged by customer.
