《Exchange Policy》
1. All products come with a warranty provided by the agent. Customers must keep the original HKTVMALL purchase receipt, which can be downloaded from the "Order Record."
2. 7-Day Exchange Guarantee: If a product is found to have a mechanical defect or cannot function properly within 7 days of purchase, replacement is guaranteed only after verification by the agent’s technical personnel.
※ The exchanged product must be returned with all items included in the original order (e.g., complete packaging, accessories, manuals, unfilled warranty cards, and promotional gifts).
3. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to products that are damaged due to human error, scratched, or exposed to water.
4. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to products that have already been registered for warranty online.
5. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to products eligible for repair.
6. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to display/demo units.
7. The product's serial number must match the details on the receipt for exchange or warranty services.
8. Keep the receipt, as warranty services are provided by the agent.
9. Parallel-imported products do not come with an official manufacturer warranty.
10. The price of the products sold has already deducted the value of any promotional gifts offered by the agent.
11. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to the final decision.

《Delivery Service》
1. Once an order is placed, our staff will contact the customer within 3 to 6 working days to schedule delivery. (Specific delivery times are not guaranteed).
2. Delivery Schedule: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
3. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, deliveries will be postponed and rescheduled.
4. The company is not responsible for delays caused by accidents, traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.
5. If you need to change your order details (e.g., delivery address, time, or additional items), please notify us at least 3 working days in advance (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
6. The delivery staff will contact the customer 30 minutes to 1 hour before arrival. Customers should keep their phone available for communication.
※ If the customer cannot be reached, rescheduling will be required. ※
7. The driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery location. After that, a second delivery appointment must be scheduled.
If there is small path before accessing delivery address from car park by walk, customer should pay Path Charge for every HK$50/50M after 50M. This Charge will be collected on-site by the delivery team.
For example: If < 50 meters = HK$0, > 50 meters but < 100meters = HK$50, > 100M but <150M = HK$100,etc.
9. Staircase Surcharge for Delivery in buildings, commercial properties, village houses or other routes (if no elevator is available):

12. Final Charges: The actual fee may vary depending on the situation. The transportation team reserves the right to make the final decision.
13. We will endeavour to arrange delivery according to the requested delivery date. But it is not an element of the contract. In any case, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Client due to changes/delays in delivery dates.

《Basic Installation》
1. Factory Installation: If the product includes manufacturer-provided installation, customers should wait for the official technician to unbox, inspect, and install the item.
※ Self-unboxing may void the exchange policy if any damage is found. ※
2. Preparation Before Installation:
Ensure a clean and organized installation area.
Check whether the necessary cables and power sockets are available.
3. Free Standard Installation: Certain brands of 43-inch or larger TVs come with one free standard tabletop installation (excluding remote areas).
4. Additional Installation Services: Various wall-mounting or tabletop installation services are available. Please inquire about pricing.
5. Installation Scheduling: The installation time is not fixed. The technician will contact the customer on the installation day to confirm the estimated arrival time. Customers should keep their phone available for communication.
6. Installation Limitations:
The installation team does not handle external device connections or testing.
7. The Company shall not be liable to the Client or any other party for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the installation of a television or other product on the feature wall, including but not limited to -
a. Damage to wall structure, exterior decoration layer, pipelines, wires, water pipes, and signal lines.
b. Damage caused by the wall or ceiling being unable to support the TV or other products with mounting brackets
8. Wall mount installation limitation:
- This service shall not include any cabling, conduit and trunking works. If in-wall wire concealment is required, the Customer shall be, at its own cost, make such arrangement.
- Install less than 7 feet height from floor to TV / soundbar top.
- 55" or above TV must be installed on main walls and load-bearing walls: cement, solid brick thickness > 200mm & wood plate thickness > 17mm. Non-load bearing walls are not suitable for wall mount installation.
- Pre-sales site visit should be arranged in advance for wall mount installation on feature wall, additional charges will be incurred.
- Dismantle over 7 feet height from floor to unit top need site measurement and quote separately.
- Customer should provide stairs, if cannot provide need extra delivery cost for stairs.

《Old Appliance Removal Service》
1. Eligibility: Customers purchasing regulated electrical appliances under the "Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance" (e.g., air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, TVs, computers, printers, scanners, monitors) can request free removal of an old appliance of the same type and quantity.
2. Service Coverage: Available throughout Hong Kong.
3. Requesting the Service:
Customers can sign the "Old Appliance Removal Service Request" at the time of purchase.
Alternatively, Customers can contact the company within 3 days of purchase. Late requests will be considered forfeited.
4. Scheduling:
A minimum of 3 working days is required for arrangement.
Removal will take place at the customer’s specified location.
No service on Sundays & public holidays.
5. Izportant Notes:
Separate from delivery/installation services.
Old appliances can be removed before or after new item delivery, depending on arrangements.
Once collected, old items cannot be returned.
Appliances must be disconnected and placed separately, free from any obstructions or attachments.
If the appliance has serious hygiene issues (e.g., food residue, cockroaches, ants), the technician has the right to refuse service.
Changes to the scheduled removal must be made at least 3 working days in advance.
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the removal service will be postponed.
The company is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to traffic, weather, or uncontrollable factors.
Personal data provided for this service will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, HK Law).
The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
※ Notes on Product Eligibility for Removal Service※
• Air conditioners (including independent and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air-heated or both): Up to 3 horsepower (7.5 kW) cooling capacity.
• Dehumidifiers: Up to 35 liters per day.
• Washing machines: Up to 15 kg capacity.
• Standalone dryers: Up to 15 kg capacity.
• Refrigerators: Up to 900 liters.
• TVs: Up to 100 inches (measured diagonally).
• Computers: Including personal computers, desktop computers, tablets, laptops and notebook.
• Printers: Up to 30kg (If used as a photocopier, fax machine or scanner at the same time, it is still considered a printer)
• Scanners: Up to 30kg
• Monitors (without the function of storing electronic data or computing): Between 5.5 inches and 100 inches (measured diagonally).
※ Same-day Old Appliance Removal Service※
• Customers may request same-day removal when purchasing a new item. The company will arrange for transportation team to pick up old electrical appliances during delivery.
• An additional service charge will apply. The pickup address must match the delivery address. Staircase surcharges also apply separately for old appliance removal.
