Our Return / Exchange policy gives customers a better shopping experience. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged within 3 days after receiving the goods. Each sales order can only be exchanged once. No refund is accepted. Below situations are not acceptable in our return policy:

2. Without original and unopened packaging;
3. Products with “non-returnable” remark;
4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples;
5. Without the corresponding original sales confirmation.
We will examine the returned products. At the time of return, the shipping cost of the original order will be borne by the customer.
