Recommended use
Pancake and Muffin Making Instructions
Makes about 8 pancakes (4 inches)
1 cup Arrowhead Mills pancake and muffin mix
1 tbsp oil
1 cup milk or water
Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat, or preheat an electric grill pan to 375°F.
Stir the ingredients to remove larger clumps, otherwise the batter may become a little lumpy. Batter is ready to bake after resting for 2 minutes.
Place the pancakes on a preheated baking sheet that has been lightly greased. Flip pancakes when bubbles form on top and edges begin to dry, and bake 1.5 minutes each side.
Makes about 2 muffins (6 inches)
1 cup Arrowhead Mills® Pancake and Muffin Mix
1 tbsp oil
1 cup milk or water
Preheat muffin pan.
Stir the ingredients to remove larger clumps, otherwise the batter may become a little lumpy. Batter is ready to bake after resting for 2 minutes.
Bake batter in hot muffin pan according to muffin making instructions, or until steam stops and muffins are golden brown.
Tips and tricks: For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For pancakes, use more liquid.
