＜Delivery, Return, Refund＞
HKTVmall is responsible for the same-day delivery of our products. To ensure our products’ quality and freshness, we check the physical appearance of each item and pack them right before each morning delivery. If the delivery is not done as expected, HKTVmall Logistics Team will keep the products first and will arrange another day to deliver. As the purchased products are fresh food, to secure the product quality, customer should ensure that the products can be collected at the designated delivery time and address in the first-round delivery. The delivery time and address cannot be changed once confirmed. The company is NOT responsible for the following:
• If the customer fails to collect the goods at the designated time; and the purchased fruits go bad or taste off due to external factors or storage issues
• Product damage due to man-made factors
In case of wrong products / wrong quantities upon product delivery, or quality issues in 4 hours after the delivery, please contact us within 4 hours after the delivery. It is within the our discretion to settle the matter. Products must be remained in the original condition. We will not be responsible for any product damage caused by man-made mistakes.
In case of any concern over the purchased products, the customers need to express their concern on HKTVmall’s new inquiry interface, and choose the preferred solution. Our company will follow up the issue as soon as possible.
Product exchange, return or refund is at the sole discretion of our company and HKTVmall. We will not accept direct returns under normal circumstances, or be responsible for customer losses caused by man-made factors.
