Return policy
Return policy will only be applied to the item with quality problem. If you receive the item with defect or damage, you can refund or replace the products according to the following terms:
- Return the product with original receipt for refund or replacement within 7 days.
- Refund is for unopened items only.
- The return item is limited to the replacement of same value or higher value of the items, customers must pay the difference between the higher value of the items. If customers replace the lower value of item, all the balances will not be returned.
- Customers need to bear the return shipping costs.
- We advise customers to use insured shipping method and we can not be responsible for any mistake/lost occurring in the shipping process.
- No refund for all product listed as special offer and/or pre-order items.
