換貨或退貨要求必須要收貨日起計7日內提出，逾期恕不受理。
貨品內容及其包裝必須保持完好及未經使用。惟合理的測試及不可避免的包裝破壞則不在此例。本公司保留詮釋此例的全部權力。
如因貨品本身問題而引起的換貨或退貨，本公司負責將貨品送回本公司。
提出換貨或退貨要求起計14天內，如顧客不能配合本公司回收貨品之安排，而導致本公司未能回收貨品，顧客將被視為放棄該要求而無權再向本公司申索。
本公司保留不予換貨、只予退貨的權利。
顧客如因換貨或退貨時不能使用貨品而引起的所有損失，均須自行承擔。

所有平行進口貨品，皆不予退貨
如貨品本身沒有問題，顧客因其他原因需要退貨，顧客須負責將貨品送回本公司。
每訂單只予一次換貨，如換貨後貨品仍有問題，客人只能提出退貨。
本公司可能酌情接受包裝不完好的換貨或退貨要求，但本公司將收取適當的重新包裝費用。
換貨/退貨的實際運作
換貨/退貨之收貨方式將與購買時之送貨方式一致。如顧客購買時為自取而換貨時需要本公司上門收取，本公司將收取額外運費。
換貨/退貨時之貨品組裝狀態需與購買時一致，而本公司換貨時亦會送回一件與顧客購買時相同狀態之產品。如顧客無法於換貨/退貨時將產品回復至原有的狀態 (不組裝之產品需以不組裝之狀態、並連同包裝盒退回；組裝之產品需以組裝之狀態退回)，本公司將收取額外運費，及保留權利要求顧客自行將該貨品退回。
本公司只提供一次換貨服務，如換貨一次後貨品仍然有問題，本公司將會收回貨品，並作全數退款。而退款方式會以支票或直接退回購買時用的信用卡，並不會退現金。
退款會經原付款方式支付，惟本公司將以支票退款予以現金或銀行轉帳付費的訂單。
本公司會於與顧客確認換貨/退貨事宜後的14個工作天內提供換貨/退貨。
顧客將會於本公司收到退回貨品7個工作天內進行退款。如本公司發現退回貨品不符合換貨/退貨條款，本公司將根據殘缺情況扣除部份退款或拒絕發放退款。
Delivery / Return
All “Standard Delivery” goods are delivered by HKTVmall.
All “Merchant Delivery” goods from this store are entitled to free delivery service.
Delivery timing: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 18:00, delivery in Sat, Sun and Public Holidays is not available.
Our logistics department will contact customer for delivery arrangement.
If elevator is not available for delivery, extra charge for $50 will be applied for each floor and each unit of product. Customer should contact the seller before delivery if there has no elevator.
Assemble fee for office chair: $150 / unit, please contact the seller if need.
No normal logistics delivery for Stanley, Sai Kung, Lantau Island area (Including Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay) and all restricted area (e.g. Restricted area of Lantau Island, jail, border area). We will only ship by SF Express (can't deliver assembled items), customer needs to pay delivery fee of $100 when receiving the item, $100 per each extra item.
