Warranty: 20 years warranty (Maintenance for structure only). 

This maintenance is only apply to structural damage of spring、any issues occurs by manufacturing defects or handwork defects; Does not apply to any product by human destroyed. In the provision of repair or replacement for service, the company reserves the right to use alternative fabrics or accessories with the same quality for maintenance.

* No delivery service after 6pm.

6. All products are non-returnable. If find the purchase size mistake , please contact HKTVmall CS or our CS via no. 2348 9993 within 2 working days after order place for correction.

7. Details for Delivery Surcharge (all surcharges should be paid by cash when delivery):

* Free delivery service is valid for Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories (surcharge $200 for Ma Wan, $350 for Discovery Bay), for outlying islands and remote areas, please contact merchant for surcharge details.

* For address without lift facilities, size < 48" will be surcharged $50 per product per floor, size ≥ 48" will be surcharged $80 per product per floor (1st - 5th floors), please contact merchant for six floors or above.

* If the delivery address cannot be reached directly, we will need to charge additional tolls. The first 50 meters are free, and then $50 per 50 meters (per item) and so on. If the delivery location is rugged or too remote, another quote will be required.

* For delivery date changes, please contact merchant 3 days before in advance (otherwise $100 surcharge applies).

8. Delivery may be delayed if any mistake or omission of the delivery information.

9. Actual delivery time depends on the product order and the shipping time of the particular merchandise.

10. In the event of dispute, HKTVmall decision shall be final and conclusive.
