SIGMA Clad 3-ply construction for even rim-to-rim heat distribution with the added benefit of S pattern on the wok surface with ceramic non-stick coating. For optimal non-stick performance, use on low-medium heat. This non-organic coating cannot burn if overheated, is PTFE-free, uses no PFOA binding agents and produces 605 less CO2 when manufactured than traditional non-stick materials. Maintenance method: 
  • After cooking, you can use the residual temperature of the pot and add a small amount of water and detergent to wash. The effect will be better. 
  • If there are white spots on the inner wall of the pot after use, you can use a little vinegar or lemon. Lemon slices can be wiped to remove spots. 
  • After cleaning, please dry the water stains on the surface and put them in a dry place. 
  • It is recommended to use a special cleaning lotion and scrub once a week 

To avoid serious blackness and yellowness of the cookware: 
  • When using, please turn on low heat and avoid high heat. It is recommended to use a special cleaning lotion and scrub every week. 

Cautions: 
  • Before using it for the first time, please wash it with warm water and detergent, and wipe it dry with a rag before using it. 
  • Please use an appropriate amount of cooking oil. Avoid using it without or a very small amount of cooking oil. 
  • Please adjust the heat appropriately according to the amount of cooking food and the dishes. It is not recommended to use it under high heat for a long time. 

Warranty terms: 
  • With the purchase receipt, you can enjoy one year of Hong Kong agent maintenance and replace any damage found within seven days (excluding damage caused by natural wear and improper use). 
  • Once the wok is used, it cannot be replaced or returned.
