The 'Merchant Delivery' goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee.
• Our products will be delivered by Our Own Logestic Department or Sole Agent directly, please refer to Shipping Information for more details.
• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.
• Shipping time of this store: Monday to Saturday between 10 am to 7 pm excluding Sunday & Public Holidays
(Different district will have different period of delivery time)
• Our Staff will confirm the delivery date with client . If there are any dispute, Our Company decision shall be final and conclusive.
• Delivery service location & additional charge:
>The delivery date of Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay for our company is designated on Friday, for other Sole Agent their date will be different. (Toll fee for Discovery Bay $250)
>Delivery location does not include outlying islands. We are unable to offer our delivery service to outlying islands
>For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of $100 per floor (Large Volume Item will charge extra) (It shall be paid to the courier by cash).
• According to the current laws of HKSAR, it is not allowed for truck at 5.5 ton or above to enter districts as below:

Lugard Road; Borrett Road; Village Terrace; Kai Yuen Street; No.48 Mount Kellett Road (Sunshine Villa); Tung Shan
Terrace (height limit); Keng Hau Road; Sha Tin Pass Road; Seasons Monarch at Yuen Long Kam Tin. If needed us to arrange Special vehecals for the delivery. There will be extra charges around $500
• Our deliver Lorry is 8 tons or more, that is why if customer,s address is in the forebidden area, we will not deliver.
• All products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• In the event of dispute, HKTV mall's decision shall be final and conclusive.
