For all products are related to the proper recycling of regulated electrical equipment. A product set out in this receipt is regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:
Air conditioner: $125 each
Refrigerator: $165 each
Washing machine: $125 each
TV: $165 each
Computer: $15 each
Printer: $15 each
Scanner: $15 each
Monitor: $45 each
Dehumidifier: $125 each
Clothes dryer: $125 each
Customers who purchase designated regulated electrical appliances from our store can request to arrange free removal services. Please read the "Removal Service Terms and Conditions" on the product page for details.
Please choose whether you need the removal service when placing the order. If you need the removal service on the same day of delivery, please take the initiative to contact our delivery department.
*Statutory removal service means that the merchant makes an appointment for ALBA to collect electrical appliances on behalf of customers free of charge. Generally, it takes 5 to 7 days to arrange for the on-site recycling.
*Upgraded removal service means that the merchant will recycle the old electrical appliances on the same day of delivery, but an additional aroundHKD 100-200 is required to be paid to the deliveryman.

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.
Delivery / Return
Basically delivery fee is $100.
An additional charge of $200 per item applies for delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay. Please note that we do not provide delivery services to Mui Wo or restricted areas.
1. If staircase is involved in delivery process, there will be extra handling cost incurred and customers will pay such extra fee to the delivery person directly.
2. If there are stairs involved in the delivery, there will be extra handling cost incurred
3.If the delivery address is too far from the car drop-off point, extra handling cost is incurred during to manual lift
4. When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, delivery service will be temporarily suspended. Due to typhoons and inclement weather, a large number of orders need to be rescheduled. We are working very hard to arrange the latest delivery date for the affected orders. The exact time-slot will be notified within 1-2 days after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered. Please wait patiently.
The 'Merchant Delivery' goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate the delivery fee.
Extended Area additional shipping charge will be paid by the customer.
We provide a 7-day replacement guarantee for products with quality issues. If there is a defect in the product, you can exchange it for a new one within 7 days of purchase. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
In the event that a product is sold out and the distributor is unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a full refund to the customer without any additional compensation.
