To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a "product return and shopping guarantee." If you encounter issues within 7 days of receiving the product, you can report the problem via "Order History" for returns or exchanges. Each receipt allows one exchange only; refunds are not permitted. Exchanges are not accepted if:
The product is opened or used (e.g., packaging tape or box removed).
The item is improperly packaged, damaged, or incomplete.
The item is discounted, on clearance, or marked as non-returnable.
The item is a free gift, accessory, or trial product.
The sales invoice or receipt is missing or shows the product has already been exchanged.
All returns are subject to inspection. If the return does not meet the above conditions, it will not be processed. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Promotional gifts or special offers must be returned with the product; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Returns not complying with our terms will not be processed.
