Muso Organic Soba are traditionally crafted soba noodles made from only whole buckwheat flour.
No salt or other ingredients are added. Muso’s organic soba grain is milled into flour then patiently kneaded into dough and finally formed into noodles.
Enjoy our nutritious soba with a unique flavor of buckwheat for any meal.
To prepare:
Add soba noodles into 2.5L of boiling water.
Cook for 6 minutes or until tender, then allow them to settle in the pot for 2 minutes.
Rinse with cold water to ensure the maximum body of soba.
Serve in hot broth, soups or chilled with dipping sauce.
Also use our prepared soba noodles for stir-frys of salads!
