Description
Brown high-temperature roasting, and fine disintegration. Brown rice contained γ-oryzanol, inositol, phytic acid and various nutrients. Also, better digestion, in easy Brown rice food in small quantities (10-30 g) can. The aroma of rice are intact.
Produced by milling the whole grain into a fine flour.
Nutritious and slightly stronger in flavour than most commercially produced rice flours.
Use in the making of noodles, as a thickening in sauces, porridge and mix with gluten-rich flour to make bread and pastries.
