"Merchant Delivery" products delivered by our store cannot be combined with products delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery costs. *Free standard local delivery to be provided for single purchase up to HKD$400 or above (after discount). It will be charged the delivery cost with HKD$40 if the order amount less than HKD$400.
* Standard local delivery charge excludes Point (I) & Point (II) as below.
I. Additional delivery charge: if there is no elevator at the delivery address, the handling change is HKD$40 each floor per piece; 2.5HP or above Air-Conditioner will be charged for additional $110 each level; Rangehood, water heater, built-in induction cooker and built-in oven will be charged for additional $60 each level (12 steps for 1 floor). Stairs out of the building or village house, steps 1-6 are free while steps 7-10 are counted as 1 floor. Deliver to remote areas to be charged HKD$300 per one-way and Discovery Bay with HKD$160 per one-way (For Monday and Thursday Only), restricted areas charge for $400 per on-way. If the truck fails to reach the destination directly, it requires additional manpower with trolley for delivery and it is additional quotation required.
II. Limited-service arrangement: Every Monday, Thursday and Saturday to Tung Chung. No delivery service in Sunday and Public Holiday.
Delivery service only valid in Hong Kong. No delivery service to Outlying Islands and Remote areas.
III. If purchase the product involve installation, the logistic team will confirm the site visit date WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS. We will arrange delivery and installation after finish site visit and get confirmation about the installation fee. The site visit fee as below:
Window type Air Conditioner: No site visit service provided.
Split type Air Conditioner: HKD$150 (Can be refunded if confirm installation)
Washing machine: No site visit service provided.
Dish washer: HKD$200 (NO REFUNDABLE)
Range Hood: HKD$150 (NO REFUNDABLE)
Digital Lock: No site visit service provided.
Water heater: HKD$150 (NO REFUNDABLE)
If the site visit service is NOT NEEDED, the delivery and installation will be confirmed WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.
IV. In depends on the stock status and the delivery date to be confirmed by Phone call OR WhatsApp.
V. During bad weather conditions (for example Black Rainstorm warning and Typhoon signal no.8 or above), the delivery schedule will be suspended and rearrange after lowering of all signals.
