Made-to-order items are specially crafted and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order is placed.
In-stock items must remain unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return/exchange in accordance with platform guidelines.

Please avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hot springs, and strong chemicals to preserve the gemstone and metal luster.
We recommend removing jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or bathing to extend its longevity.
