Due to food allergy of her son, a full-time mom repeatedly tried different ways to cook healthy food without applying any additives. She never relies on anybody to prepare food for her family as she wants to ensure them would have worry-free food.
In 2011, Nicole started to make French confiture at home, which is the year when Nicole’s Kitchen was established. Internet was the main channel of distribution and the company gradually expanded customer base and developed its reputation.
When Nicole’s children were admitted to elementary school in 2015, she accepted the offer from Eslite Spectrum, the chain bookstores from Taiwan, to set up retail shops in both Tsim Sha Tsui branch and Taikooshing branch. Nicole knew that she needed to enhance the production capacity in order to support the sales volume of both retail shop, she set up her first manufacturing site at Shatin a month before the launch of her first shop.
Up till this day, Nicole still insists to monitor on the details of the productions in order to deliver her message of “homemade taste for family” to all her customers.
“When you cook for your family, you will always pick the best ingredients and use the most natural culinary way. That is my sentiment towards every single bottle of my product.”
