Timeframe & Requirements

Reporting Period: You must report the DOA issue to HKTVmall CS or APP within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (based on carrier tracking info). Requests made after 7 days will follow standard warranty repair process.

Required Documentation:

1. Order Number & Proof of Purchase.

2. Clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the defect (including unboxing and testing where applicable).

Important Notes:

To qualify for a DOA return/replacement, all returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. 

If testing by our technical team determines that the product is working normally or that the damage was caused by user error/misuse, the DOA policy will not apply, and the customer will be responsible for diagnostic and return shipping fees.

In the event of dispute HKTVmall's decision shall be final and conclusive.
