Warranty Service

To offer 12 months warranty service to the product commencing from the date after exchange. (Except the consume items as lamp bulb, battery etc.)

Surcharges in remote location such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan and the Discovery Bay, etc.

Warranty service also does not cover the following items as below:

The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, power interruption or abnormal voltage input, accident, natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matters or liquid, corrosion or external factors.

The normal operation of the product is affected by improper installation of the product. Installation Service

Installation Charge

The Company will contact with the customers to arrange the date of installation schedule after the order confirm 1 - 3 days.

Installation Fee: Basic Fee $200 + $50 per light or + $200 per ceiling fan

eg: 2 light = $200 + $50 x 2 = $300

eg: 1 light and 1 ceiling fan = $200 + $50 + $200 = $450

Surcharges in remote location such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan and the Discovery Bay, etc. (HKD$100-300)

Installation is not available to Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

The company will charge HKD $ 50.00 up if the building without elevator.

The other charge such as to make the external cables or over 3 meter ceiling. It's must have to quote the price.

If any case to change the date of appointment. It's must be 3 days before to inform for arrange. Otherwise, it must be charge in addition.

The installation service available from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday and public holidays are not service)

Delivery Service

The Company will contact with the customers to arrange the date of delivery schedule after the order confirm 1 - 3 days

Surcharges in remote location such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan and the Discovery Bay, etc. (HKD100-300)

Delivery is not available to Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

The company will charge HKD $50.00 up if the building without elevator.

If any case to change the date of appointment. It's must be 3 days before to inform for arrange. Otherwise, it must be charge in addition.

If any information mistake from the order. It maybe to cause the schedule delay.

The delivery service available from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday and public holidays are not service)

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English version and Chinese version of the terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
