Warranty Service:

The merchant provides a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of product exchange.

(Consumables such as light bulbs, batteries, etc., are excluded.)

Additional fees apply for remote areas such as Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, etc.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

- Improper or negligent use.

- Abnormal power supply or voltage, accidents, natural disasters, or damage caused by insects, foreign objects, liquid infiltration, corrosion, or external factors.

- Damage caused by incorrect installation affecting normal operation.

Installation Service:

After receiving the order, our company will call the customer within 1-3 working days to schedule installation and delivery.

Installation fees = $200 (per order) + $50 (per light) + $200 (per ceiling fan).

For example: 2 lights + 1 ceiling fan = $200 + $50 x 2 + $200 = $500.

(Installation fees include the removal of the old light at the same location, self-disposal required after removal.)

Additional fees apply for remote areas such as Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, etc. (approximately $100-300).

Installation service is not available for the following outlying island areas: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O, as well as any areas where trucks are prohibited.

An additional fee of $50 or more will be charged if there is no elevator at the delivery address.

Additional charges may apply for other services such as extending the wiring, ceilings higher than 3 meters, installation on balconies or non-concrete ceilings, false ceiling light installation, or locations without power supply.

Notification of any changes to the installation date must be made at least 3 days in advance; otherwise, relevant fees will be charged.

Installation service is available from Monday to Saturday (no installation on Sundays and public holidays).

The goods will be delivered and installed by our technicians at your doorstep.

Delivery Service:

After receiving the order, our company will call the customer within 1-3 working days to schedule delivery.

Delivery fees: Free delivery for orders over $600; otherwise, an additional fee of $100 will be charged.

Additional fees apply for remote areas such as Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, etc. (approximately $100-300).
