Function to use:
Upper Body Stretch
Grasp the bar firmly, bend knees slowly and let your head hang forward. Lift feet slowly from floor and hold this position for a moment or two.

Spine Arch Stretch
Grasp the bar firmly, bend knees slowly, keep your heels together with weight resting on front of toes. Lean forward as far as possible and arch your back.

Hip & knee Stretch
Grasp bar with hands alternated, one palm facing you and the other palm facing away from you. Bend knees and let arms stretch full length. Slowly raise knees, keep the knees and heels together.

Full Body Stretch
Grasp bar with palms facing you and elbows bent forward. Keep feet in place, flat on the floor with heels together. Twist body at hips slowly to the right. Alternate and twist body on the left.

Sit up Body Stretch
Grasp the bar firmly, close the feet in best way, flat on the floor, put hands behind head, ups slowly and down slowly.

Installation steps:
1. Rotate the two ends of the horizontal bar first, put the rubber pads on the left and right ends and hold the place to be installed;
2. Hold the middle main rod until it stops until it stops; (note that the whole main rod is turned)
3. After loading the bar, pull it with your feet and try your strength. (Ensure safety)

Installation and use precautions:

4. Children must be supervised by adults;
5. If it is installed between the painted walls, it is recommended to use two-headed paper boxes or wooden blocks to prevent scratching the walls;
