我們在退換之前，必須檢查及驗證退貨，如發現情況未能符合以上的退換規條，所有退貨將不獲退換。在退貨時，原來訂單的運費及處理費用 ( 如有 ) 將由顧客承擔，不便之處，敬請原諒。如您退回的貨品附送有推廣贈品或特價購買貨品等，亦必須將該貨品一併退回，否則退換將不獲處理。
如發現退貨貨品不符合本公司的退貨條款，將不獲處理，不便之處，敬請原諒。

Products delivered by our store's "Merchant Delivery" cannot be combined with products delivered by other merchants for shipping fee calculation.
Our store does not offer returns or exchanges.
Note: In case of severe weather conditions (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning), delivery services will not be available. Orders affected will be rescheduled for delivery once the warning is lifted.
Free delivery service is available for any "Merchant Delivery" products purchased from our store totaling $400 or more.
Otherwise, a $40 shipping fee will be charged and automatically calculated in the order. Please note!!!
The delivery service fee does not include additional charges for remote areas.
The additional charges for remote areas are as follows:
Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Chek Lap Kok areas will incur an additional charge of HK$40 per order.
Discovery Bay will incur an additional charge of HK$150 per order.
Additionally, the following areas are not covered by delivery services: Kowloon District:
Kwun Yam Shan (towards Kwun Yam Temple on Sha Tin Pass Road), Lei Yue Mun Waterfront Road;
Yuen Long: Mai Po;
North District: Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, and Luk Keng;
Tai Po District: Lin Au and Shuen Wan;
Sha Tin District: Upper/Lower Wo Che and Fa Sam Hang;
Sai Kung District: Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, and Tai Miu;
Outlying Islands: areas other than Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Chek Lap Kok;
Kowloon District: Kwun Yam Shan (towards Kwun Yam Temple on Sha Tin Pass Road), Lei Yue Mun Waterfront Road.
