Chateau Pesquie is a family estate located at the foot of the Ventoux Mountain, in the south of the Rhone Valley, gathering three generations of winemakers. The history of Chateau Pesquie is the family tradition to harness the potential of the outstanding Ventoux terrior to make extraordinary wine.

Derived from the Latin "Terras", "clod of earth", this word has taken on the meaning of "earth levee" forming a median maintained by a stone wall. The relief of Ventoux is indeed characterized by the alternation of hills and valleys. To enhance this exceptional terroir, the slopes of the hills have been converted into "terraces". Even today, they are found in the Provençal countryside, also called “restanques” or “rebanqués”.

Very limpid colour with silver reflections. White flowers and citrus aromas with lime notes. Beautiful tension and freshness with citrus aromas (lemon and grape fruit), exotic fuits (litchees) and white fruits.

Food and wine pairing:  
Ideal as an aperitif, Terrasses blanc will accompany vegetable-based starters, grilled fish, even certain white meats and light cheeses.
