Delivery Arrangement:
• Delivery will be arranged with the customer within 2-4 days after the order has been placed.
• Deliveries available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Free Hong Kong wide delivery with no delivery surcharges such as remote area fee, stairs fee etc.
• Mattress removal services available on request (additional fee required)
Mattress Trial Policy:
• 100-night trial period starts on the delivery or pick-up date of the mattress.
• Return requests can be submitted 14 days (two weeks) after the delivery or pick-up date.
• The returned mattress should be in a reasonably good condition, with no damages or stains.
• Returns are limited to one (1) mattress per customer / household.
• Returned mattresses are never resold to customers.
