Product Trial & Returns Policy (For Mattresses Only):
• 100-night trial period starts on the delivery or pick-up date of the mattress.
• Return requests can be submitted 14 days (two weeks) after the delivery or pick-up date.
• The returned mattress should be in a reasonably good condition, with no damages or stains.
• Returns are only applicable to a customer's first order, and a maximum of one mattress may be returned.
• Returned mattresses are never resold to customers.
