2. 運送過程中蔬菜有可能會沾有水滴，便較容易腐壞，應先把蔬菜放在通風處吹乾或把水氣揩去，再用微濕的報紙包捲蔬菜放入膠袋後再冷藏；
3. 蔬菜存放愈久愈不新鮮，營養亦會較少，收貨後應盡早食用。
4.客人收貨時發現商品如有損壞,請於48小時內向HKTVmall反應。
