Product quality is always the top priority of Sau Tao. All noodles are made of top-grade flour, are processed by experienced experts and advanced machinery, and produced under hygienic environment. Sau Tao has been awarded “Hong Kong Top Brand“ in 2000 and “Hong Kong Premier Brand” in 2012. In 2013, Sau Tao has been honored “Hong Kong Top Brand Ten Year Achievement Award”. Its production facility has obtained “HACCP” since 1995 and has awarded “FSC 22000” certifications which ensure the production environment and hygiene to meet international standard. Sau Tao adapts the “NON-FRIED” technique to produce its healthy noodles. In 2015, Sau Tao has launched a brand new logo in order to rejuvenating the brand and extended its product range which includes sauce and seasoning products, beverage and oil.
