3. Customers must make reservation for the service at least 3 days in advance on

4. This service is only applicable at opening hours and non-rest days of pre-selected Shell stations with Shell Car Care Centres, please contact the station to check on the opening hours/rest days in advance.
5. Service Package include 1 time of polish and wax service and 1 piece of free Shell Helix Power Toolkit Set. The polish and wax service is applicable for standard vehicles (with less than 4.75M length). For large vehicles (with more than 4.75M length, 6-seaters or above, sport utility vehicles and light goods vehicles), $400 additional service fee will apply and customers are required to pay the fee at the station. Customers are required to pay the extra service fee in the case of upgrading or additional service.
6. No E-voucher may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use and will be invalid and accepted.
7. Any service purchased on HKTVmall platform is not entitled to any Shell Bonus Point or any other promotion offers.
8. Should there be any inconsistency of the Terms and Conditions between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
9. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes, and the right to amend the terms and conditions hereof without prior notice.
