Delivery, Installation and Site-measurement Service Remarks:
1) "Services not covered:
- Move out the old machine to outdoor lobby.
- Delivery Services on movable objects or at locations including boat, yacht or vehicles, etc
- Pipe installation or modification for pipe inside the wall, underground, pass through the wall, outside of house, unable to make direct contact or not enough space to perform service.
- Iron cast pipe removal or modification / or repair to damaged drain outlet or blockage to drain outlet.
- Electrical mains switch, socket, fuse or wiring extension.
- Move out the old machine to outdoor lobby.
- Installation services on movable objects or at locations including boat, yacht or vehicles, etc.
- Service not specifically mentioned in the Sales and installation services and list of installation charges."
2) Delivery Date: Orders without site-measurement request could be delivered on or after 4 working dates subject to delivery capacity of each district
3) Installation and Site-measurement Date: After purchase, on or after 4 working dates subject to service capacity of each district
4) Standard Delivery, Installation and Site-measurement Time: Working day Mondays - Sat (10 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
5) Above times are intended to be estimates only. We shall endeavour to meet your preferred times, subject to the availability of the schedule of our service providers.
6) Applicable for all locations within HK (incl. Ma Wan), except for outlying islands, movable objects / locations including boat, yacht or vehicles
7) For rescheduling of the service date and/or time, the Customer shall notify BSH HK at least two (2) working days prior to the original service date;
8) You shall, upon receipt of delivery of the item(s) purchased, conduct a visual inspection of the same to ensure that you shall have received the item(s) as purchased. Please contact us immediately in the event of any discrepancy.
9) Goods are required to receipt within 30 days of order confirmation. If customer is not able to collect the goods within 30days, BSH reserve the right to cancel order and charge additional expenses and losses borne by BSH.
10) If no elevator service is available for premises, we will additionally charge a delivery fee for each storey. (16 steps of stair are counted as one storey. )
11) Additional charge applies if additional efforts are required to perform the delivery service (climbing stairs, lifting the appliance, etc.), to be agreed by both customer and service provider on site. Please refer to Delivery Charges for more information. Additional charge do not apply to clean and care, spare parts and accessories.
12) Installation service payment settled by cash onsite
13) Site-measurement service at customer site is available and is recommended to take before purchase to ensure proper forthcoming delivery and installation arrangement on our products.
14) BSH is not liable for any loss or damage to product/s which occurs through installation of the product/s by parties other than BSH.
15) This price list is for reference purpose only. Price will be quoted separately under special circumstances. BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the right to alter any charges without notice.
16) The installation charges for built-in appliances may be different subjected to the different environment or situation. Therefore, the installation charges for built-in appliances would be determined by the installation worker after inspecting the actual environment or situation.
17) All installation materials mentioned in the standard installation package should be used or offered if applicable. Technician appointed by BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves all rights in the handling of such un-used materials.
18) For removal service details, please refer to removal service charge and T&C.
19) In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the Delivery, Installation and Site-measurement service will be suspended and rescheduled. BSH shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
20) BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the final decision in case of any negotiation.
21) In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
