Usage Direction:
Wash your hands thoroughly. Gently pull on strings to make sure they are firmly attached. Hold the applicator fingergrip with your thumb and middle finger. Place the rounded tip of the tampon applicator at the vaginal opening. Pointing the applicator toward your lower back, gently slide the barrel into your vagina. Use your index finger to gently push the small tube, until your finger reaches the applicator barrel. This will release the tampon. Holding the fingergrip, gently pull out the applicator. The removal string should be outside your body. After you have inserted the tampon, place the used applicator back into the discreet wrapper and throw away. DO NOT FLUSH THE PLASTIC APPLICATOR.
Removal : Gently pull down on the strings when you are ready to remove the tampon, it should slide out easily.
Use once and discard in an appropriate waste container.
Cautions:
• Do not use tampons between periods or for non-menstrual discharge.
• Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours.
• Tampons can be worn overnight for up to 8 hours
• Always remove the last tampon at the end of your period
