10 Days Return and Exchange Warranty

10 days return and exchange warranty is applied only to products in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags attached (except for defective products) within 10 days from the date of product purchase for free.

Only one return or exchange is allowed and the customer is responsible for all return delivery costs.

IMPORTANT: Due to hygienic and healthcare reasons the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. All products wearing over the genital area (lingerie, strap-ons etc)

2. Hosiery

3. Personal care products

4. Male and female adult toys contacting genital area unless they are in the intact and completely sealed package

Defective Product Warranty

Products are considered as defective if a manufacturing defect occurred within warranty period (please check warranty periods for different brands at the bottom of this page). Note that products damaged as a result of misuse or man-made damage, wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

We are responsible for all return delivery costs of defective products.
