Old Fred Triple Hopped Strong Beer is a strong and very particular beer, Triple hopped. Unfiltered and even so light because it is stored 52 weeks long, besides it maintains its natural turbidity. At first it has a velvet, than well-rounded, dominant taste with, at the end, a persistent robust body.
These amber lager are brewed in loving memory of Mr. Frederick Miller, the eventual founder of the Miller Brewing Company, who studied the art of brewing in the home town of Zoller Hof, Sigmaringen in southern Germany.

The award of the best in Gold ('Preis der Besten in Gold') is proof for our continuous and outstanding quality performance year after year. Whilst the DLG awards the analytical quality, the International Taste & Quality Institute in Brussels (iTQi) awards the taste of beers. Here, European chefs and sommeliers test the submitted beers and award stars.
For all Zoller-Hof beers only the finest aroma and bitter hops from the South of Germany in Hallertau and Tettnang on Lake of Constance are being used, which rank among the highest classified hops available. No hop extract is used in order to meet the highest quality expectations in terms of aroma and bouquet. The philosophy of being in balance with nature and the ambition to minimize the brewery's carbon foot print is exemplified by the use of fresh water from the brewery's own well and the 100% reliance on energy produced by hydro-electric power for its production and bottling operations.
