Preparation
Oven
For best results, prepare the potato wedges directly from the freezer. Preheat oven to 225ºC. Pour the potato into a pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until they have a golden brown surface. Stir every now and then. Salt and serve.
Air fryer
For best results, take the potato wedges directly from the freezer in an air fryer, 160°C. Fry them for about 12-14 minutes or until the fries are golden brown.
