Delivery / Return

• Products will be delivered by HKTVmall. Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.

• Large items will be delivered by UMAJIRUSHI. We will contact the customer directly to arrange the delivery date and time. Delivery lead time normally in 3 to 10 working days.

• The scope of delivery includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Outlying islands, restricted areas and remote areas are not included.

• If Rural or special address require a long walk to reach, customer need to collect the goods in where our Van/Truck is parked.

 • Delivery service is for lift accessible floor only. There is an additional charge of $200 per floor for stairs per package. (Staircase of 10 steps is calculated as one floor. e.g. 2 packages to 2nd floor: $200 x 2 packages x 2 floor = $800). Client can choose to collect goods on ground floor.

• The delivery service charge does not include any parking fee, entrance fee or registration fee, etc. The fee must be paid by the customer in cash.

 

•Installation service is not included for all products. Should there is any queries concerning installation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

•In the event of dispute, HKTVmall's decision shall be final and conclusive.

•All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
