2) 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If a product malfunctions or fails to operate normally within 7 days of purchase, our company will guarantee a replacement after verification by the agent's technicians.
※ Replacement items must be returned along with all items on the order (including: complete packaging, accessories, instruction manual, unfilled warranty certificate, and gifts, etc.).
3) The 7-Day Replacement Guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged by human error, scratched, or have been wetted.
4) The 7-Day Replacement Guarantee does not apply to products for which the customer has registered a warranty online.
5) The 7-Day Replacement Guarantee does not apply to products that will be repaired.
6) The 7-Day Replacement Guarantee does not apply to display items.
7) The serial number of all exchanged and maintained products must match the information on the invoice.
8) Please retain your receipt. Maintenance services are provided by the agent. 9) Parallel import products are not eligible for original manufacturer's warranty and after-sales service.
10) The prices of goods sold by our company have already deducted the discounted prices of gifts from distributors.

《Delivery Service》
1) After placing an order, our staff will contact the customer within three to six working days to schedule delivery (the appointment does not specify a delivery time).
2) Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
3) If the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Warning No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning, on the day of delivery, the delivery service will be immediately suspended, and the relevant order will be rescheduled for delivery.
4) We are not responsible for any delays or inability to complete delivery caused by accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other reasons beyond our control. 5) If you need to change your order details (e.g., delivery address, delivery time, or additional items), please notify us at least 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) before the originally scheduled delivery date and time.
6) The delivery person will contact you 30 minutes to 1 hour before the estimated arrival time on the day of delivery. If you cannot be reached, a new delivery arrangement will be required. Please keep your phone accessible for contact.
7) Delivery waiting time is a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time, please schedule a second delivery.
8) Sidewalk service and its fees: For delivery areas, buildings, commercial buildings, and village houses where direct delivery is not possible, the delivery person will need to deliver via sidewalks (including garden terraces). A sidewalk fee will apply, starting at HK$50 for every 50 meters thereafter, and this fee must be paid directly to the delivery person.

Pricing: $40 per item (including basic weight)
Applicable Floors: Levels 7-10 (charged per floor)
Included Items: Generally, small appliances do not exceed 20kg per item.
Note: If a single item exceeds 20kg, it will be charged as a large appliance.
Large Appliances
Pricing: Price to be quoted separately (assessed based on floor, weight, and size)
Applicable Floors: Levels 7-10 Price per floor (charged per floor)
Included items: Washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, split air conditioner, window air conditioner, etc.
※ Notes※ Staircase Calculation: Calculated per floor based on "7-10 steps". Subsequent charges will be adjusted proportionally based on the actual number of steps.
9) Additional charges for remote areas: Tung Chung/Ma Wan: HK$150, Discovery Bay: HK$250. ※Delivery service is not available to outlying islands and restricted areas. Delivery to locations outside Central Ferry Pier or accessible by vehicle is available.※
10) Unpacking service is not provided.
11) Actual charges are subject to change, and the transport team reserves the right of final decision.
12) We will make every effort to arrange delivery on the requested date. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays.

《Basic Installation》
1) For items with manufacturer installation services, please wait for the manufacturer's personnel to arrive for unpacking, inspection, and installation. (No replacement will be provided for damaged units if unpacked by the customer.)
2) Please prepare the following for installation by the original manufacturer's personnel:
a. A clean and tidy space: Ensure the installation area is clean and tidy so that the personnel can perform the installation smoothly.
b. Check for necessary cables, such as TV cables and power sockets.
3) One free standard stand installation service is provided for 43-inch or larger TVs from designated brands (excluding remote areas).
4) Our company provides installation services for various wall mounts/stands/wall mounts. Please inquire with our company for pricing details.
5) There is no specified time for the original manufacturer's installation service. The specific time will be contacted by the agent's installation personnel before the estimated arrival time on the day. Please keep your phone accessible for contact.
6) Original manufacturer's installation personnel (excluding connection of external devices and testing). 7) Our company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the installation of televisions or other products on feature walls/marble walls, including but not limited to:
a. Damage or breakage to the wall, surface, or internal/external pipes, resulting in power outages or water leaks.
b. Any damage caused by insufficient wall or ceiling support for the television or other products and their mounting brackets.
7) Wall Mounting Restrictions:
- Service only includes surface wiring connections and does not include pipe runs or wall recesses. Customers requiring wall mounting must arrange for relevant engineering personnel to handle this at their own expense.
- Installation height: From the ground to the top of the television/sound system cannot exceed 7 feet.
- For installations exceeding 7 feet above the ground, location and pricing will be provided upon request.

《Old Appliance Removal Service》
1) Applicable Conditions: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances as specified in the Environmental Responsibility Product Ordinance from our company can request free removal of old appliances of the same type and quantity as the purchased appliances (must be regulated appliances of the same type*).
2) Removal Location: Applicable to any premises in Hong Kong.
3) Selection Period:
a. Customers can sign the "Old Appliance Removal Service Selection Record" at the time of purchase.
b. Alternatively, customers can call our company within 3 days after the transaction to request removal and changes. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of the old appliance removal service.
4) Removal Service Time:
a. Generally, 3 working days must be reserved for arranging the old appliance removal service.
b. The old appliances will be removed at the location specified by the customer on the date specified by the customer.
c. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
5) Notes:
a. The old appliance removal service is handled separately from the delivery and installation services. Old appliances awaiting removal can be removed as needed, or temporarily stored at the removal location for later removal. Customers can arrange this with our staff.
b. Once old appliances are collected, they cannot be returned. c. Old items must be stored independently, free from any devices, connections, or obstructed storage locations.
d. If an old item has serious hygiene problems (e.g., spoiled food residue, cockroaches, ants), staff have the right to refuse to remove it, and the customer will no longer be entitled to the free removal service.
e. If customers need to change the agreed-upon removal service location or time, please notify us by phone at least 3 working days in advance.
f. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning/Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
g. The company is not responsible for any delays, suspensions, or reschedulings due to traffic, weather conditions, or other factors at the agreed-upon removal time.
h. Customer and contact person's personal data will only be used for the removal service and will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
i. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
※Same-Day Recycling Service※ If you choose the same-day recycling service, our company will arrange for a delivery person to collect the old appliance upon delivery, which will incur an additional fee.
The recycling address must be the same as the delivery address. The stair surcharge also applies to the recycling service, and will be charged again during the recycling process.
