Mattress will be delivered directly by Ulfenbo within 7-14 days,pillows will be delivered by HKTV within 1-4 days.

床褥送貨條款細則
1.本公司將致電客戶預約送貨，貨品11-14個工作天內送到
2.客戶可延遲送貨期最長至2個月。
3.送貨時間為星期一至星期六上午11時至下午6時(公眾假期除外)，恕不接受指定送貨時段，實際送貨時間會因應交通路面情況而定。
4.如即將懸掛8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告或黑色暴雨警告訊號，送貨服務將會暫停，送貨日期將另行安排。
5. 送貨範圍僅限於香港島、九龍及新界區。
6. 東涌、馬灣、愉景灣須收取附加送貨費。
7. 離島不設送貨服務。
8. 距離停車地方甚遠的地點、沒有升降機而須托樓、貨品不能進入升降機、外牆吊入服務須收取附加送貨費。
9. 客戶須於送貨時繳付現金給送貨員。
10. 如查詢附加送貨費用，請致電2831 8038。(星期一至六上午10時至下午6時，公眾假期除外)
11.請填寫正確送貨地址資料，如有任何錯漏，導致送貨有所延誤而令閣下蒙受損失，本店恕不負責。
12.如客戶臨時要更改送貨時間，必須於原定送貨日期前一個工作天之中午12時前致電 2831 8038更改，否則須付HK$300額外行政費用。額外費用須於送貨時繳付現金給送貨員。

13.如客戶於收貨時即時發現貨品有損壞，會盡快安排換貨事宜。
