• Our products will be delivered & installed by LCH. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.
• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.
• Shipping time of the store: Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holiday) from 9am.
• Delivery service location & additional charge:
>The delivery to Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay will be charged extra, please contact us to confirm the actual delivery date if needed.
>Delivery location does not include outlying islands. Or We are not able to offer our delivery service to outlying islands
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Delivery Fee charge:
The circumstances below only apply on non-elevator building, using elevator do not have extra charge.
‧2 doors &3doors refrigerator, Window type air-conditioner need to pay extra Shipping fee $120 HKD.
‧4doors or above refrigerator need to pay extra $150HKD. NOT including installation fee.
‧2 doors & 3doors refrigerator charge $50HKD/floor/each machine.
‧4 doors & 6doors refrigerator charge $500HKD for first 3 floors/each machine, any higher than first 3 floors will be charged extra depending on the current circumstances/each machine.
‧5 Doors refrigerator charge $70HKD/floor/each machine.
‧Window type air-conditioner charge $50HKD/floor/each machine.
- Shipment to Discovery Bay charge extra $160HKD per order, Ma wan, Tung Chung, Park Island charge extra $50HKD per order.
- Valet to move away the old refrigerator directly charge $200HKD(only if there are elevator available)
