<7days exchange protection & policy>
If the quality of products found that below the production standard, The following procedures must be completed within 7days after received the goods, and replacement might proceed:
Steps:
1)Please do not write or fill in any warranty card from the product.
2)Bring along the product, receipts or any related documents to local authorized dealer maintenance department for inspection checking. Keep the inspection proof with stamp on it. Any man-made damage will not be accepted.
3)Bring along the product and the inspection proof with stamp on, to our warehouse for replacement.
** Replacement notice:
- Have to provide valid proof, receipt or document
- Package intact & no written or damage on warranty card
- No scratches, man-made and outlook damages
- Bring along the product with the inspection proof(stamped) to our maintenance department personally within 7days after received the product.
- If appropriate, Clients have to bring attached gifts along if the product is returning instead of exchanging. Otherwise, the value of gift will be charged and deduct from the price.
If 7days exchange protection has expired and the product is remaining in warranty period, client still can enjoy warranty from us, or return to manufacturer for further inspection and repair.
Terms above are not appropriate to apply on the following:
- Apple, dyson, xiamei, Vintec. These brands only provide official warranty and exchanging a new item is not available.
- Some product screen or cover might be dusty, any light spots, dead spots etc are not in the scope of replacement.
- Rooted mobile or electronic devices.
- Registered warranty product
- negligence damage, accident damage, misuse which destroy product
- Consumable product such as protective stickers, cosmetics and skin care products etc.
