In everyday life, muscles act according to signals from the brain. Fitness belt devices send signals directly to the muscles through electrical stimulation to promote muscle movement. When using it, whether it is reading a book or doing housework, you can exercise anytime, anywhere, and it is not easy to sweat.
Muscles are composed of very thin muscle fibers, which can be roughly divided into fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscles. If exercised, fast muscles are easier to develop, making the body line stronger and stronger. Design:
Stick to your daily routine and work your abs and lower back in one sitting. Equipped with a design that is not easy to shift and will not fall off, the belt can be up to 110cm long. The back is equipped with 6 contact surfaces that can be activated by adding water or aloe vera gel. No consumables (no follow-up costs), wipe dry with a damp cloth after use and allow to air dry.
Usage:
The host is charged via mini USB, and the host needs to be separated from the belt when charging. Please charge for 3-4 hours before first use. Battery life is up to 4 hours (warm mode consumes more power and takes about half an hour for full heat).
When starting to use, wet the conductive parts with water or gel, inhale with all your strength to "shrink the abdomen", and then wrap the belt tightly so that the conductive body is close to the skin when relaxed, leaving no gaps.
Long press the switch system to switch, press the M word to select the mode, press + to activate/enhance, and press - to weaken.
Each mode is approximately 15 minutes. When the fitness belt starts to vibrate, you can press a switch to lock the machine (to avoid accidentally touching the buttons).
It is recommended to use at least half an hour a day. Press the 🔥 system to turn on the warm mode, with a total of 3 levels of warm intensity.
A total of 10 modes, 20 layers of intensity. It is recommended to use 1-2 times a day for 15-30 minutes each time.
*After using a fitness belt, it will be associated with post-workout muscle soreness! If used in conjunction with the heating mode, the cellulite effect will be more ideal!
